I founded Kovach Consulting Group because I believe systems don’t change until leadership does.
After two decades leading teams, managing operations, and shaping strategy at one of the world’s most demanding organizations, I started KCG to work directly with leaders ready to build cultures of integrity, equity, and courage. My work spans leadership coaching, organizational change, DEI, trauma-informed practices, and compliance — and it’s rooted in lived experience, not just theory.
